  2. Size: according to the same data showing that, in central of Phnom Penh at the moment we rarely find a huge size warehouse, over then 1000 sqm. but around 300sqm-500sqm still able to find.

How many ways to think about it before you looking for a property agency:

1. Budget: making a budget for an agency. So it will giving idea for agency to recommend you the right money you should spend a month. Example: 200$-350$ a month


2. Conditions: Note you specific conditions you would love to have while choosing one property good for you budget. Example: please include water 5$ and electricity 40$ for me, motorbike parking, fixing everything before moving in etc...


 3. Location: You may need a place which is closer to your workplace, school, friend or ... So make a clear view before you go see the property. NOTE: don't waste your time and agency time if you don't like the house or location.
4. Feedback or extra request: Sometimes after having a look at one property you prefer the most, or you want extra request to owner. Making it quick and support agency to close the deal is a very good attitude. NOTE: Don't just keep silence until agency asking you, it's rude. Even this is there job, but support each other is the best. Agency will be happy if you just feedback even you choose property you like or not that not a big think for him/her. But the important thing is they have to feedback to owner. 


5. Negotiate: If the price is a higher then you budget, negotiate and make a deal. Don't worry, you just give the price you want too and don't be shy to do it because it's a win-win-win business.
